CNC Programming Services by True Precision will provide you with bulletproof programs by using the state-of-the-art CATIA V5 CAD/CAM system and VERICUT. We have the ability to read and translate any model format or create models from blueprint.
Our documentation is thorough, yet simple to understand, and we are available to provide the support you require. From small one-off parts to large production aerospace bulkheads, True Precision is here to offer our manufacturing expertise.
Detailed Run Books
Provided in pdf format along with the source used to create the pdf for your easy modification. These may include planning maps, tool lists, holder lists, special cutter drawings, supplemental operator inspection drawings, and setup images before and after each sequence. Our runbooks are created using our own developed automation software ensuring that the CATIA, VERICUT, and RUNBOOK instructions all match, eliminating human error and typos. If you prefer, at extra cost, we can use your existing templates.
Tool And Fixture Design Services
Designs are supplied as CAD solid models and/or blueprints. Fixtures can additionally be programmed and supplied with blueprints, BOM's, and turn-key documentation.
Off The Shelf Tools
Our programs use off-the-shelf tools wherever possible, or we can use tools to your specification. We have contacts with many tool manufacturers and can help point you in the right direction.
Post Processor Support
We are the main active FORTRAN developer for AZPOST by NC Data Services still providing new FORTRAN postprocessors and supporting legacy posts for mill, lathe, mill-turn, EDM, and flamecutters. We also have licensed G-Post post-builder software by Austin N.C. and are authorized to create and sell or support expert option and fil files for any machine. CAD Modeling

TransMagic Expert
Using TransMagic Expert, we can read, validate, repair, and translate, including PMI, from major CAD systems and formats including CATIA V4/V5/V6, NX, PTC Creo, STEP, IGES, 3DXML, CGR, STL, Parasolid, APT, SolidWorks, DXF, DWG, and more.

CATIA V5 manufacturing support, planning, training, consulting, automation, and practical shop-floor help from experienced CATIA users.
